When you join the 100Plays waitlist, you give us a few details. This page says what they are, what we do with them, and how to have them deleted. It's short because we keep very little.

What we keep

We also count page visits and form steps, with nothing that says who you are.

What we don't keep

Your child's name, birthday, photos, or anything else about them beyond an age range.

Why we keep it

To email you when 100Plays launches, to send the occasional note about what we're building, and to understand who we're building it for.

Who handles it

So your details are stored and handled in the United States, where US law applies to them.

What we never do

We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else, and there are no ad trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. Within 30 days after that, your record is deleted, from our backups too.

We keep one thing: a scrambled fingerprint of your email. It can't be turned back into your address. It only tells us that an address we're about to email asked us to stop.

If you sign up and never click the link in the confirmation email, we delete that record within 30 days as well.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted now, email [email protected]. We'll answer within 30 days.

If this note changes, the date at the top changes with it.

Who we are

100Plays is made by Nov8 Labs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Questions about this note go to the same address.
